EIGHTH GRADE PARENTS MEDICATION PICK-UP: If your child has any medication in the nurse’s office, please plan on having an ADULT pick up the medicine during the last week of school. Asthma inhalers can be brought home by the student. Any medication remaining after the last day of school will be discarded.
SIXTH AND SEVENTH GRADE PARENTS MEDICATION PICK-UP: If your child has any medication in the nurse’s office, I would be happy to store it in the nurse’s office for next year’s use. A medication authorization form signed by your child’s physician is still required for the following school year. If you prefer to pick up the medication, please do so by the last day of school.
CURRENT SIXTH GRADE PARENTS: The State of Connecticut requires all sixth grade students to have a physical examination during the sixth grade school year. An exam done during fifth grade is acceptable. The State of
